You can also buy vouchers online from like recharge.com or muskbird.com and a few others. The latter also has an RTR option to deposit straight in to the account.

I'm a little skeptical of that explanation though. Lucky is owned by Bell and Public is owned by Telus. I think the clerk made a mistake. Glad you got your money back though.

Glitch in the system

I returned to place of voucher purchase (shell Canada) local service station. I purchase here monthly! So found several errors on voucher was Public mobile card but she'll Canada prints their vouchers from their till so internally the purchase prints voucher but Public Mobile defaulted ti print lucky mobile voucher Pin # instead of Public Mobile.

The Glitch is due to the fact Public Mobile has a pending system upgrade in progress but cannot figure out the default switch?I was refunded my money for transaction 

And will wait with No service until upgrade is completed by tomorrow!

Try dialing the toll free (1-855-4pu-blic) from another phone and enter your number and get the recording, if any. Let us know what you hear. You might also have to wait an hour to re-try the voucher.
Again, what are the instructions on the voucher? Or what company is shown on it? How many 12 digit sets of numbers are on it?

@Dennisccronk- You're getting human interaction. Public doesn't use 111 or that toll free. They use 611 and 1-855-4-pu-blic. Does your voucher give instructions using either of those other numbers? When did you last make a payment? What recording do you get when you dial 611?

Goes through prompts same as usual but adding card pin not recognized? Added tried again won't take it now doesn't allow card number period

Been customer for yrs same everything

Tried *111 *611 tried 1-833-885-8259 just hangs up

Logged in cannot submit anything

Deleted cookies Uninstaller app reinstalled checked for outages

Did I miss anything checked community board

Chatted with members

Seems lack of human interaction when needed

@Dennisccronk- Are you using the 12 digit set of numbers identified as PIN#? Are you using the website or 611? How often have you tried? You can only attempt adding money twice per hour. Where did you get the voucher? Is it in fact a voucher for Public? Or is it Koodo or Telus.
