Hello
i am having difficulty accessing my self serve account. It does not recognize my password even when I change it to a new password. I can not access my accounts at all. Need help or someone to talk to in figuring this out. Frustrating!!

Try going to https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/forgot-password/ , but if that doesn't work, you'll need to open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat
