@tonyfarina240 are you just having trouble with data? If so, please see this response by @Luddite for how to set up the APN on an iPhone 3/4-series:
@Luddite wrote:There are 2 versions of iPhone 4: A1349 will not work as it's CDMA, A1332 will work on 4G network so be sure "LTE only" is not selected.
iPhone 3/4 APN (data) settings cannot be updated manually. You will need to connect to wifi, access http://www.unlockit.co.nz/mobilesettings/ with Safari, then follow the directions there.
If you are having trouble connecting to the network at all, please first try a Network Reset, as suggested by @Haiggy...
@Haiggy wrote:I've helped others on here before, so if you can remember your wifi network passwords (as this method will clear them out), you can safely reset network settings on the phone. I've had success with this method to get the data going again on iPhones in the past.
Bell actually has a good guide for this here: https://support.bell.ca/Mobility/Smartphones_and_mobile_internet/Apple_iPhone_4_Black_8GB.how_to_res...
...and if that doesn't get you up and running, try a Factory Reset as suggested by @majbah:

@tonyfarina240@What carrier was the phone on before? Are you sure it's unlocked.
Without more info it's hard to help.
Ie no data. No calling no sms. Etc.

Hi,
Have you tried to reset your phone to factory setting? Most of the cases it works. Please don't forget to keep a backup before you do the factory reset.
All the best,

@tonyfarina240 What's not working?
BTW: You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum (which I have done for you today).
