@Typhon Add-ons that you have before the new policy took effect will not expire and will remain on your account until used up.

I turst you and @BEER are just community friends.  But PM might not see it this way. 

PM can easily use IP to prove the connection.  And remember  since everyone  havs My Accounts linked to the Community, they can trace by credit card, email address, they can even use the call logs to find any links between any two accounts.   There were accounts banned for gaming and we don't want to see you go. 

(hi @BEER   you get your name back? did you just get it or need to ask CS agent's help?)

A know bit confusing ------ I bought an existing long established plan from one of the long time members- then I changed/updated  the tele number, personal info and email  to my existing email tied to BEER.  I don't remember saying that BEER is a good guy but who knows. However as previously mentioned when the new PM system initiated, for some strange reason I did lose the BEER account. With the help of Customer Service my community account was re-instated but under a different name. If you look at  my profile you will see that TORA account is since 2018. Anyway I'm very happy that I was able to purchase an existing account still on the old rewards program with several loyalty and refer a friend credits. 

PS -- I have also noticed that some of my posts recently posted show  wrong dates 2022 instead of 2023 - wonder if that is a glitch or time flies faster then I thought?

but Badges not useful, they just came with the software 

and just keep helping others in need and wait for surprise .  Remember you are coming here to offer help , not to just save money.  If you want to save money, the time spent here not worth it

@Typhon - do you see that it opens up a chat with the Chatbot? If so, then yes it should work. Have you tried it?

no need support to update account email now!!!

Login to My Account, go to Profile Page, EverSafe settings, you can then update your email address.  But they will send you a SMS (Only SMS) for validation
