How did you figure this out or how did you get help because my phone isn’t working and everything is up-to-date????

Try Reboot phone and Reset Network Settings 

Also , what model of phone is that?

If you need PM to help to check, open ticket.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

You reply on a 2 year old post.  Likely won't get a response quickly, so I started your own topic.  

More details on your particular situations would be helpful.  Community members are customers like yourself who can offer troubleshooting advice. 

Is any service working?  talk, text or data?  

New customer versus old?  New activation? 

Is account status active?

Etc....
