My wife and I have 2 Public Mobile phone accounts. One for each of us. They are totally separate. 1 Phone, 1 number, and 1 public Mobile account for each of us. We want to cash in some reward points because we are making a short trip to the US. One account had no problem. Used 10 reward points for a 15 day US Talk and Text plan. The second account does not even have this plan available to it? I can't figure out why this is. There are sufficient points in the account and other plans are offered but not the talk and text?

Logged in from a different device and it worked. The Cache was the guilty party. Thanks all for the help!

it only cost 10 Rewards points , which is basically $10 , so you will get it with a discount using points

@Carolccc You can buy add-on's at a discount when using points. It provides better value than redeeming for a $15 account credit (if you need the add-on).

To fix app errors, you need to send a private message message a customer service agent. Include your account number and the last four digits of your credit card in your private message in order to save time:

15 day US talk and text it costs $15, it should worth 15 reward points.

Is it possible your wife already has a core plan that includes US roaming? Or maybe it's just a cache issue? You could try to login on a different device, using an incognito browser window.

since you manage multiple accounts, it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
