Wondering if it got lost in the mail? There's no way to track.
There's no way to contact anyone because I need an account. I cannot register because I don't have the SIM.

Hi @NajeebN if you placed the order on Jan 1, it should come this week.

Hi @NajeebN It can take as many as 3 weeks for the sim card to come, but it can be quicker
Please message CS agent and ask them to confirm if the order was processed

@NajeebN Can take 3. Days to 3 weeks to arrive i if you need one more urgently check your local Koodo kiosk for in person pick up otherwise contact support see when it shipped and when to expect it
