I've had this phone for a few months, it was with Verizon. Anyways any5in3 I type my new sim card # in the field and push send, it loads and doesn't change. Wtf! So frustrating. It doesn't say there is an error or anything either. My plans just wasting away now. Ever since I added minutes I've been battling this! Please help .

@dust2dust "did the numbers just disappear after clicking save?"
Yes. The page returned to the blank entry screen. Fortunately the original SIM is not deleted. 🤔

@Luddite @oops, failed even with desktop site?? really wonder what the logic is then

@Luddite- Thanks for being the brave tester. So did the numbers just disappear after clicking save? Was there a confirmation?
Yet another silly anomaly around here. Who knew..a mobile company can't have a mobile browser work for their mobile options for their mobile site. How so terribly immobile.

@dust2dust Had spare SIM so tried after requesting desktop site and it failed. 😩 Guess customers with only phone/tablet will need to open a ticket. 🤪

@Luddite I didn't try it as I would know until I hit save to commit a change request, but I am pretty certain it will work with desktop mode on phone.
But I didn't suggest as not everyone know what is the difference or they might find it hard to see everything with desktop mode on a small phone sceeem

@Luddite- I wouldn't want to test in case clicking save changes is not confirmed. If it just goes.

@softech "there is a problem with Change Sim function used on a phone or tablet"
Does Request Desktop Website when using phone/tablet solve this problem?

@lamberguinixo there is a problem with Change Sim function used on a phone or tablet, please login My Account using a computer instead and request Change Sim and it will work
