I have a second account and phone number with Public Mobile which is very much active and working. I forgot which email address I used for signing up with that account and when I try to get a login code from PB, PB does not recognize my number (issued and active) as a valid PB number.

@macbeth is the goal only to figure out the login? If i understand, you have 2 working lines. Can you check that the phones say "public mobile" on the top when sims are inserted ? You can open a ticket using the orange chat bubble or send a private message to CS_Agent from you community mailbox. Hope this helps
