Public Mobile not porting number from Koodo prepaid for over a week

I activated a new number with PM on Friday 19 Apr 2019 and requested a manual number port from Koodo as instructed by messaging the moderators. They confirmed they received my information.

 

It's now Saturday 26 Apr 2019 and the port isn't done, and the moderators aren't responding to private messages. Can anyone else help?

If your Koodo prepaid SIM card is still working, continue to use it until it stops working.  Then, switch to PM SIM card.
