customer service agent have decided to ignore the private messages I sent for a refund to my credit card. I still do not understand how the telecom regulator can allow this to go on for years. The service is poor but it’s okay, I will port my line once I get my refund.

There is a small percentage of customers that have issues that go unresolved. Most people are quite happy with the service, value and freebies that other providers don't offer.
That is why Public is continuing to GROW. I have referred many friends and family and nobody has complained or left. 😊

@Esoj I wish you luck. This is a prepaid service so any refund will be at PM's discretion. If you're not getting the service you expect then yes, porting out would be your best bet.
