Tried several apn settings found on line, this is what finally worked for me:

User Name: not set
Password: not set
Server: not set
MMSC: http://aliasredirect.net/proxy/mmsc
MMS proxy: 74.49.0.18
MMS port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: not set
APN type: default,supl,mms
APN protocal: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Enable APN: (button is toggled right - greyed out)
Bearer: Not specified
MVNO type: None
MVNO value: Not set (greyed out)

This matches the APN settings in the help article. If the phone allows APN editing, a new APN could have been created as an alternative to finding one on file that matches.
