@fengy Same for me. I joined last week. I waited three business days and still didn't see the extra 2GB show up in my account. So on Monday I contacted customer service and created a ticket. They replied saying that it would normally take 10 days to show up in the account (??! why not 3 ?!?). The CS agent said he'd expedite it. The 2GB then showed up in my account within minutes. From contacting CS to getting the extra data showing in my account took less than an hour.
Keep in mind that when you're looking for it, the promo data will not show as being added to your base data. It's shown in a separate area in your account screen.

i just activated my public mobile account yesterday and when I was checking out I put in the promo code 12MONTHS2GB yet it hasn’t been added to my plan.
please add it as it’s the only reason I even switched to Public.
