Tricked into upgrading my plan before they pulled the rug on us loyal customers. Don't need the extra data especially since it's time limited but I want it based on principles.

What plan do you have? My wife is in the $34 plan and got 240GB. Different plans get different data add-on's. I believe the $15 plan got 5GB. I'm guessing the $25 plan got 30GB, but I don't actually know.

haven't changed plans after the announcement but will be leaving pm/telus when the old rewards program is over

I think you need agent to adjust it. please submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link: https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
