Hello,
How can I make my number appear private when maling outgoing calls? Right now, it shows my name.
Back in the day we could dial *67 but i'm wondering how to do this on a cell phone?

@Liza1984mtl Yes #31# or *31#
it can also be done on the phone level :
iPhone : Settings, Phone, Show My Caller ID, switch to off.
or Samsung: https://www.samsung.com/au/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-change-my-number-to-private/

@Liza1984mtl Well you could find it in your phone settings and turn it off. Or you can block with #31# before the number.
Call Blocking allows you to hide your phone number when making a call. You can enable Call Blocking by dialing ‘#31#’ and then the phone number of who you are calling. You can disable Call Blocking by dialing '*31#' and then the phone number of who you are calling.
FYI Public Mobile does not display your name. Your name would only show on people's phones that have you in their contacts. Public Mobile only displays your phone number.
