Vanilla or MyVanilla? I found that MyVanilla didn't want to work. Vanilla was fine. Did you register it or just using it as is?

I've read reports here of people saying they needed to match the entered name and address fields with what's in the account profile name and address. But I haven't experienced that.

Self Serve is finicky enough on good days.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Then open a tab in incognito mode to try again.

Not all prepaid "credit" cards will work. Which exact one are you trying? Prepaid cards are a bit of a different breed.
