@pmoore did you use the same email address as the one you used on yoiur PM account?
Usually it will be added within 72 hours. But with CPO phone, it might be 72 hours after the order was picked up and acknowledged or after the phone was shipped. The details wasn't clear in the original announcement. Maybe you can open a ticket with PM Support to confirm (and remember to come back and provide us an update)
To open ticket with PM

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
