Porting number

I missed the text to port my number from Rogers as my old phone died .  How do I have someone resend that text to Rogers

As the customer is porting from Rogers to Public, contact Rogers support will only have them inform the customer that Public Mobile needs to be contacted. It's the new carrier that needs to do the work of restarting the port request.

@MelindaF  you can submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; click this link: to request the transfer of your number over to Public Mobile.

OR, when you call that number hit 0 until you reach a representative.

Called the number and entered my cell .  They say no request is active which is correct as it timed out.  Any other way to help?
