Hi,
I was wondering how to upgrade my son’s plan from prepaid(PM) to the monthly plan ? He is underage so he legally cannot get a plan to his own name. He needs more data and there is a boxing week sale. How do I switch my son’s plan from prepaid to monthly without having to change his number? Thanks

PM is prepaid provider, name on the plan does not matter
if you want to upgrade his plan, just login to My Account using the email address and password you setup with. Then click Change subscription on top, pick a plan and then use Change on Renewal to schedule plan change
if you cannot login My Account, try Forgot email and Forgot password, or you can have PM support agent to help. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

@RezaTay All PM plans are pre paid . And 30 days cycle not monthly . You can change plan in your account . Just make sure you make plan change for next renewal . But if you see a boxing day plan that’s only for new activations only . Message support they can sometimes help . They did for me today on the new 50GB for $34
