Porting number from koodo

Hey, just switched to public mobile and have an old number from Koodo I'd like to use. Self serve said to contact public mobile. How would I go about transferring the number?

• Koodo account number, exactly as shown on your bill
• Koodo phone number
• the account holder's name, exactly as shown on your bill
