I have tried porting number to another provider. I received the confirmation text and I replied yes. Now I have no service with either provider. Please help - I need my number released from Public Mobile.

you have no service with PM because the number already ported and account closed
you have no service with the new carrier because they didn't setup the sim properly. Call them and they need to fix on their end. If they dont resolve your problem, consider to come back here 🙂
