Ported number to Rogers for work phone, how do I disable autopay?

Hey

So I now have a phone through work, so I have ported my number from Public Mobile to that plan with Rogers. I had (incorrectly it seems?) assumed I would still be able to login to my account on Public to shut things down after the port happened, but it looks like I can't. How can I make sure that I will not be autocharged this month?

Thanks for any help

Awesome. Thanks so much for the info. Very helpful.

@huff4 - porting out cancels your account here with Public Mobile (edit, which also means you lose access to My Account/Self Serve). So you should not be charged going forward if your port was complete.

If you want to confirm with an agent, Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

The port is already done. I figured I would still be able to log into my account to disable things, it just wouldn't have a number associated with it. But it won't even let me login.

Whats the best way to contact a CSA?

Go into My Account and disable it. Too late if port is done. Contact a CSA.
