Port my number out from PM but services on hold

Hello,

I would like to port out my Public Mobile number to another carrier (Freedom Mobile). However because my services is on hold, I wasn’t able to confirm the port as I couldn’t receive the text to confirm the port. What can I do to port out my PM number to the new Freedom line.

sorry @Emi5 , you cannot port the number when the account is on hold.  This is a rule that all carriers follow: account must be active to port and use sms to approve

so, you need to pay for one more month if you want to port out the number.  Please login and choose the cheapest plan you see and pay and resume
