Many issues can be solve amongst the Community (with your fellow members helping out).
While Moderators can help help out with Account Related issues (Since they are the only ones that have access to your account).
So give us a shot!
As @mh1983 already mentions, customer service PM representatives are contacted by creating tickets with the Public Mobile Moderators.
