Hi all,
I forgot which email address was used to register the account, so I selected "Forgot email" on the login screen. After entering the correct phone number, it showed a message saying, “Please enter a valid phone number registered to your account,” with no further options. I’m not sure how to proceed from there.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention! The customer was already in a private conversation with one of our agents when the post was escalated. The agent will continue assisting them directly.
