Public mobile does not think my phone number is valid. Public Mobile also says my email address is not valid. Public Mobile also says my password and email do not match.
Can someone please help me regain access to my account?

Thanks, but this does automated menu does not provide support or an agent to help. None of these options help
Option 1: make a payment
Option 2: buy an addon
Option 3: review add-ons
Option 4: acct balance
Option 5: turn on/off auto pay
Option 6: # to repeat menu.

Call 1-855-4PUBLIC to check the status of your account. If the system can’t find your number then your account is closed due to nonpayment longer than 90 days.

Email and passwords may be case-sensitive so double-check this, too. For phone numbers it may require hyphens (or no hyphens) so play around with it. Unfortunately I had a similar problem with my postal code - it ended up being a space error on my end. Hope you figure it out!
