Hi,
Could someone please help me cancel this order? I have been trying to submit a ticket but it's not working.

You can send a private message instead. Please include the order #, shipping address, email used for the order and your name. Use the link supplied by @softech and add "Cancel CPO Phone order before shipping!" in the subject line.

@Richardbishop for cancelling CPO orders, please open ticket with PM Support. You have to message them here:

@Richardbishop , this is a public forum where customers help customers. Nobody here can cancel an order. Use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket. You will most likely need to return the order after you receive it.
