hello, I recently purchased an esim public mobile plan. But unfortunately my phone is not esim compatible. Please cancel my subscription and refund the amount. Thank you very much.

you dun really have to cancel the subscription, you can buy a physical sim and change.
But whether to change to physical sim or continue to ask for cancellation and refund, you still message PM and tell them what you like to do from here
