Please address my billing concerns before I file a complaint with the CCTS

When this plan was launched in 2016, you SPECIFICALLY advertised that this plan would not be changed in any way as long as I kept it active.

 

Not only are you changing the terms, you are doing it in the middle of the billing period. I find this completely unacceptable.

 

I would like to speak with a public mobile representative immediatley to resolve this issue before escalating matters with the CCTS.

I never said it was illegal. But it is compelte Bull**bleep**.

 

You can't advertised something, and then turn back around on it.

My prepaid period ends April 26 but I have only until March 15 to join their sister brand's promo plan. This makes no sense and seems like it is intended to exploit people who forget they are prepaid. The savings instantly evaporate when I lose almost 1.25 months prepaid.

It is notifying you for next billing period

Just unethical
