I have Mexico included in our plan for unlimited minutes and text, does this include the amount of data I have available to me as well?

yes, basically you use the data, voice and text service like you are in Canada
just make sure you enable Roaming data on your phone
@LauraDB Yes, you can talk, text, and use data in Mexico with Can/US/Mex plan.
