Plans are Greyed out

I switched to a $15 plan while away and went to upgrade just now and I find that all the plans above the $25 plan are greyed out. I can see a $35 and a $40 plan but they are greyed.

The current plan expires and renews automatically on the 12th but I want to move to a larger plan today and all I am offered is a plan smaller than I need. Same with 4G.

What is going on.  I see the larger plans but they are inaccessible. Such changes used to be fairly simple but now seem impossible.

It seems the more that they 'improve' things, the harder they are to use.

It would make more intuitive sense to scroll down or arrow key down but it is what it is. You weren't the first to ask and you won't be the last. It's the interface choice they made.

Thanks.  I got it done.

But I really have to ask, who would click on the little arrows when the plans are huge and visible and should be selected with a click?

Oh.  Thanks.

It is that simple?

Of course I didn't.  Who would?

@allendick   Please try again using Incognito mode or another browser to see if you have the same problem

Also, did you use the yellow arrow icons on the far right  to scroll up and down?  you can only see one selectable plan at  a time and you need to scroll through it
