Plan renewal

My renewal cycle is Oct 12-Nov 11

if l was to upgrade to another plan what is best time, say On Nov 10? Just before new cycle

Select whichever plan you want to take effect at next renewal. That way you don't pay until next renewal. Also, if you change your mind, you can remove that planned change of plan.

Best to select "Change on next renewal date".

If you see a plan that you’d like to upgrade to you can set it to automatically switch to it on your next renewal. That way on Nov 11th when your plan renews you will automatically switch to the plan you want to upgrade to.

When you select a plan you’d like you should see the options to change immediate or change on next renewal. You’ll want to choose change on next renewal.
