Plan not appearing in app

Nate88

I recently changed my plan to be able to use my phone while on vacation.  Now that I’m home I want to change back to my original plan but it’s not appearing as an option in ‘manage subscription’.  The only options I see are the Canada/US/Mexico plans, the one I’m looking for is the cheaper 5GB Canada-wide plan.

My original plan still exists as I can find it on the webpage but when I try to change it from there I get the “you already have an active subscription” message.

Help!

thank you

@Nate88 Absolutely no way to get your old plan back unless you see it in the app. Customer service will tell you the same thing. A support ticket will do nothing for you. They are unable to help you.

@Nate88 In addition to what @golfball and @slusagm have provided, I would encourage you to go into your app frequently to check on what is available to you. You never know what might be there. Sometimes there are better plans than those available to new customers.

You may be locked out of lower priced plans when you upgrade to a more expensive one. If you really want that price point you will have to activate a new line.

Sorry, it is not unusual you cannot get the old plan back.  And all existing customers can only change to plans they see in their My Account. No exception and PM CS cannot help either
