Plan expired - change plan

@CS_Agent Can you please help me change my expired plan? Currently on a $35/mo plan which is inactive, and I'd like to change it to a $10/mo plan while traveling just so that I can keep my number. I need to do this by Dec 17th to avoid losing my number, but I don't want to pay for the more expensive plan as I'm not using it at all right now.

Customers seem to have issues downgrading plans in this situation.  Being able to change plans in a suspended account doesn't seem to be 100% straightforward.

Thanks for your message, but it's not possible to change an expired plan myself. It's only possible to top up and pay for the existing expired plan. Other threads (and personal expderience) confirm that a moderator is needed to change an expired plan.

There was an announcement here a while ago saying that plan changes under suspension were do-able.

If you have sufficient funds (ie. Available Funds = $10) then you should be able to do the switch.

But maybe that has become dis-functional. Like a number of things around here. Where's that baling twine!?
