Yes, I did all the steps already, but the system never ever gave me any response, no tickets, no email, and no any answer...insist to keep lock my account, block me resume payment for my original account...They just pretend nothing happened...I con not image any company push its 10 years loyalty customers out of the door without any proper reason...Is this a discrimination, because of I am a cancer patient? So please let me know if you were the same situation like me, what should you do now? Thanks

You will need to contact a CS_Agent by clicking on the Chat icon and type in “Submit a Ticket” then Contact to contact connect with an agent to help you login to your account.
