Having issues porting number, just want a new phone number. How do I submit a ticket to do so? I can’t find it anywhere

We have tried to do that but this is all we keep getting.

what was the issue? maybe it is fixable? You can call porting team and see if they can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call
but if you give up on the old number and just want to get a new number instead, you can try to login My Account, use email to recevive 2FA (click didn't receive code and then click send email) and go to Profile and change your phone number there
or you can ask agent to help to change phone number. Just submit ticket here
