@kirstenm As far as I know, a public representative will not call you, that is unfortunate messaging.
Another option you have to submit a ticket with Public Mobile representatives (CSA) for help; is to click this link: to request the transfer of your number over to Public Mobile.

@kirstenm hi did you try to port a number to public? you need to leave your old sim in to get transfer request you must reply yes within 90 minutes or your port attempt fails I will send you the telus porting dept phone number they can help you , check your community envelope
