When I try to sign up, I see a message that says my phone number is not valid. It works just fine!

@Solanaboat, try entering your number here to see if it's eligible to transfer into Public Mobile. Not all phone numbers are able to be transferred in but it seems majority are okay. The link is from Koodo mobile but as Koodo and Public Mobile are both owned by Telus you can still use it.
