Did you reply with YES to the text from your previous carrier confirming you are porting over to PM with the old SIM in your phone? There will be a 90 minute window for you to reply.
If you didn’t then you need to contact a CS_Agent to contact your old carrier to resend the text.
If you did reply, reboot your phone. Porting should only take a maximum of 2 hours but some may take longer.

Question @Tracistg ... have you tried to reboot your phone? Also, if you place the other providers SIM card in the phone, do you have service with them still? Also, if you're using an Android, sometime the SIM card needs to be reprovisioned. If you have another Android phone, try swapping the SIM to it to give it a kick start.
