I can call people but not receive calls
When people call me it rings but I don't get it.
When I send SMS it says sent but people cant see it and I cant see what they are sending me
IDK where to get help and ended up here

you can try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. waiting a 1 minute,
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
and do again Rebooting your phone,
*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords,

What trouble shooting have you tried?
Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, leave off for a minutes, then reboot
*removing your SIM for a few minutes, then reinserting it
*go into airplane mode for a few minutes, then going back to regular mode
*reset network settings
*try your SIM into another phone to see if the same things happen
You said when people call you, it rings, but you don't get it? Does it go to a voicemail or does anyone else pick up?
If so, you many need to change your number. You can do this in your Self Serve account under the Change Number feature.
If the phone number does not seem assigned to anyone else, changing the phone number still may help, but you could also as CSA to check your account (if above trouble shooting does not help).

It looks like you just become PM customer.
If you ported your number it will take some time for all services to start working. It is not instantaneous as soon as you paid your bill.
And usual 'tip' with new service is to reboot your phone.

@Patrickdv you just activated and port your number here? if so, you got the text from the old provider and replied within 90 mins? this is a critical step and let us know if you missed this step. we can advise what to do next
