Im new to public mobile and am struggling to have number transferred. I recived a text saying my ESN/MEID doesnt work. I tried to transfer the number again but it said my number isnt allowed. Please help what do i do next

First, you should check if your number is eligible to move.

Did you activate a physical SIM card or eSIM?
If physical SIM card, try to put your SIM card in your phone to see if any service. If stuck port, you should still be able to call or text out. Not able to receive calls or texts. Data should be working also.
