Phone not receiving or sending texts or calls

Hi, ever since yesterday my account is saying it's active but I cannot make or receive phone calls or texts

There could be a chance that there is a Telus outage in your area.

Was your phone working fine before?

A few basic trouble shooting advice;

1. Reboot phone

2. Network reset of phone.

3. Put your PM Sim card in another working phone. This will help determine whether hardware issue versus PM service problem.  

 

Any chance that your phone becomes blacklisted?
