@gptpisapu Please edit out your phone number.
Are you trying to port your number from koodo prepaid or pc mobility prepaid? A moderator is required to "port " a number from these two providers as they dont actually get ported but switch accounts from the same prepaid system they share ith public mobile. Open a ticket as per the instructions provided by @dabr .
Take a temporary number as suggested and wait for moderator help with your porting request. Wait times have increased significantly lately for some reason?!! It could take up to 48 hrs for a response. Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of the screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times.

If you are having trouble with your services, the next step is to contact a moderator. Here is the link to create a ticket through SIMon:
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help ->Click on Chat with Simon on the line "ask me something" write "moderator" -> then click on "account specific question" -> afterward click on "no, I want a human" -> finally you will see an answer "submit a ticket Click me!"

@gptpisapu Please use the 3 dots top right of your post and delete your phone number as you are on a public forum.
Was your old account still active when you tried to port? That is one of the requirements.
Anyway you need to submit a ticket to moderatos via SIMon here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Type in your issue, select contact us/moderators, then submit ticket when these options appear and follow the rest of the prompts to finish.

Edit: @gptpisapu You can get a temporary PM number until you can port in your previous number too. Just log into your account and select a number from the Change Number option (right hand side of the overview page), or the Plans/Add-ons tab (top of page).
Also can you try rebooting your phone. Another to try is power off your phone, remove SIM, wait several mins and re-insert SIM and restart your phone.
