Not too many old style non smartpuone might work well anymore because of the VoLTE requirements.  Before you buy a new one, done to the community and check first.  Or check with PM VoLTE checker

hi @2045589844

too old the phone, you need a new one.

yes, too old for any carrier.  You are lucky PM still has 3G but it will be gone in a year or so.  And even before it is completely gone, you will see your voice calls more and more unreliable

Public Mobile is more of a DIY type of service. The Community Forum is made up with customers just like you and me. Between us all, we can usually sort of whatever is the problem you're experiencing. Can you give a bit more detail other than "no service more..". Is the talk features failing ? Are you a new customer or has this been a problem for awhile ? Are both messaging and data affected negatively or is it just the talk that fails ?

The more info you can provide, the quicker we can help.

hi @2045589844

you might want to ask PM support to update the username if that is your phone number.  if not, you will find the service really working as people will be testing it for you

and what services have problem? voice?  What phone do you have? Check if your phone can use VoLTE here
