Phone calls not coming through.

My contacts are trying to call me and cannot as they get a voice message that I am not available. I have not changed any settings on my phone, such as do not disturb or anything like that. Is there a problem with my service? I am able to call out and send/receive texts with no problem.

all calls are like that or just selected calls?

you can try changing the network mode to 3G Only and test inbound calls again

Are they all NOT blocking their number?
Do you have set 'reject all unknown callers'?

@Nitroman71   Is it all calls even when you are otherwise able to answer?  If it is only some then I would wonder if you have an iPhone that has Live Voicemail enabled.

Have you tried to reboot your phone? Have you tried your SIM card in a different phone? If not, give that a try and see if that works. And if it does, swap it back to your phone and reboot. 

Another thing. Before coming to Public Mobile, were you on a different carrier? If so, another thing you can do is to reset your networks and reboot. Just know that on some phones, it may erase saved wifi spots and bluetooth connected items.
