I was charged $45.20 3 times in January on the same date due to a technical error when trying to set up an account. How do I get a refund? Or will this just go towards 3 months of my bill?

@SpencelyJo do you see those money showing as Available fund on your My Account?
But either way, since it is a system glitch, look like you have a reason to ask for refund
