If still having issues, you could also try clearing cache, incognito mode or different web browser.
Otherwise, you will need to contact customer service agent for further help. It will take a few hours for CSA to respond.
If your account is suspended and need service immediately, you may want to purchase a payment voucher either in store (ie. gas station, shoppers, ) or online (recharge.com - service fee applies) and activate your plan and then wait for CSA assistance.
