If you are having issues accessing your account online or the PM app to enable AutoPay/Subscribe. You can DM a CS_Agent if you are have issues login to your account at:

You can purchase vouchers and dial 611 and enter the voucher number and pin. Vouchers can be purchased from these locations to get service running again.
