Website won't take my credit card, same credit card it's accepted for pre-payment for over the last year. Called Visa, no issue with my card. Tried to file a support request but the site won't take my login info RIGHT AFTER I CHANGED MY PASSWORD, MULTIPLE TIMES. This website is garbage, the "service" is garbage, next to impossible to get help with anything. Absolute joke.

AGREE! Since the self-serve reboot about a year ago there have been many problems accessing the site. It's fine once users are in, but accessing becomes a problem and updating information.
If you can, try a different browser on a laptop or desktop computer with a refreshed screen clear of cookies and cache.

@dstrelioff when you submit the ticket, in the end, instead of using My Account login, use 4 digit PIN
or message them directly here instead:

@dstrelioff @Try again incognito mode / private mode there are cache issues also if you know your PIN number you can try *611
