The moderators will probably ask you for a screenshot of the two payments from your online bank statement as well. You can wait until they ask or provide that in your personal message to them.

As stated above you can contact moderator for billing question. It will take 1-2 days to respond.
In the meantime, did you change plans during the last month? If you want, you can screenshot your payment history in your self service account (leave the personal account information out). That might be helpful to determine the billing issues.
